What is the contract commitment?
Check whether you are locked into a long term with no way out, and whether there is a lower commitment way to start.
Onsite or remote only?
Ask directly. Some providers only offer remote support and outsource or refuse onsite work.
How do they handle data security and access?
Given the candidate and client data an ATS holds, ask how quickly access is removed when someone leaves and how new starters are provisioned.
Do they have a local London presence?
A provider based in London and familiar with the London recruitment market will understand your operating environment better than a remote call centre elsewhere.
